Introducing Conscious Talent

I'm excited to announce Conscious Talent.

Seven years ago I had a spiritual awakening while running my startup, Troops, that shifted my life in ways I could have never anticipated. My consciousness evolution moved from a vague, passing interest, to the most profound and captivating focus of my life.

Despite this, I mostly kept my passion for my self-discovery journey to myself. This was true especially at work. It just felt taboo and outside of the norm to “go there.”

This compartmentalization worked for a while, but eventually I started to feel misaligned. Work became draining, and my health started to suffer.

During all this I longed to find my tribe and live a more integrated life. I wanted to find a career where my peers were on a similar journey, my environment nourished my development, and I could show up to work as my full self.

I knew that there had to be others out there who were seeking a similar integration, but I didn’t know how to find them. Over the years of trying to solve this problem for myself, I met countless others in the same position.

Eventually, I realized that there needed to be a service that not only connected these people but also normalized the integration of deep inner work and professional growth.

My wife Zaharo Tsekouras had been running a recruiting firm, and it became clear that we needed to bring this into the world together. And so, Conscious Talent was born.

Conscious Talent is an executive talent network and partner that connects conscious leaders and visionary companies who value both professional excellence and deep inner work.

Our vision is to transform work into a primary vehicle for consciousness evolution.

The compartmentalized way of working that so many of us have put up with may have served the industrial era, but it no longer feels aligned to the current shift in human consciousness that is happening right now. Conscious Talent exists to support a new paradigm for how we work, lead, and grow.

It’s time to play a new game, where we collectively learn how to weave our inner and outer worlds together, as we build our careers and companies. Your career should represent the fullest expression of your being, not the most tempered one.
